Role Overview
We are actively hiring for the position of Cash Counter Executive at IDFC First Bank. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to join a leading banking institution. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day cash transactions with accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Accepting cash deposits and processing cash withdrawals securely.
- Verifying the identity of customers and authenticating transactions.
- Balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Resolving customer queries related to cash transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
